Day of Coordination

Service Description

We will take care of your rehearsal, and event timelines for the bridal party, groom and groomsmen, officiant, mother & father of bride and groom, confirm at least 2 weeks out and make sure all deliveries are on-time and set in their places, instruct all vendors and participants including wedding party, officiants, musicians, dj's, etc.. on the necessary details pertinent to their roles, handle any vendor delays to make sure everything for the wedding and reception goes as planned, help set-up anything that may not have been, and tend to any other urgent matters as they may arise. We'll also make sure we collect your valuables at the end of the day and get them where they need to go. We will meet with you as many times as needed prior to your wedding so you feel comfortable.
